E-mail some of your customers and offer them a special video if they’ll pre-pay. You could have the girls mention their names or something. Anyway, you’d deliver it via e-mail or ftp download to those people, not through C4S (which I’m having trouble with anyway – I may move to another service).

And seeing as it’s porn, and the girls may still no-show, say that if you can’t get the vid of the 3-way this week, you’ll put it toward another special video – something you’ve already shot that hasn’t been released, or whatever.
