Advertising Pisses Me Off
January 7, 2010 – 8:27 pmSo, today I’m watching ESPN and on comes this commercial for “debt counseling” service. The last half a second there’s a full page disclaimer about the advertising so I went back and paused it when it came up. It basically said “our service sucks so we have to put this up here.”
OK, so it’s not the commercial that really pisses me off. It’s the fucking channel that broadcasts it. ESPN. The Worldwide Leader in Sports. Shouldn’t networks be responsible for what they advertise? Shouldn’t they value their viewers and at least try to shield them from this sort of crap? Pissed me the fuck off. It seems this world is built on fucking people over for as much as you can at any cost.

I’m pissed off with ESPN. They bought rights to most of the matches of my soccer team and expect me to pay even more a month to watch them now. Bunch of twats.

Not all whores walk the streets. Some dress up in expensive suits and drive luxury cars. Money they take in from crooks like the “debt counselling” service spends just as well as money they take from more honorable companies.
